I applied online and finished the online test. Got invited to the first round, which consisted of a structured case, an unstructured case, a written case test, a numerical test and a reasoning test. In the final round, you have a presentation, group case study, and two cases with partners/directors.
It's much more difficult in the final round. The reading materials are much longer and you don't have enough time to digest.
Colloquio con HR + 3 business case: 1 sizing + 2 casi strutturati in ambito Financial Discipline (ossia quella in cui sarei stato inserito).

Super angenehme und wirklich interessierte Interviewer, mit denen man super connecten kann. Habe ich bei MBB anders erlebt. Klassisches Consulting Interview mit Personal fit und Case Study. Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

Entretien
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
