Consisted in a call with the HR to schedule a first round of interviews.
The first round consisted in 2 interviews with senior consultants/ Managers.
The whole process took 2months between the call with HR and the feedback of round 1.
The manager was really nice and insightful however the consultant was very rude, he cancelled the interview 5 minutes before start, while I had asked for a day off to do this interview.
Then, during the interview, he was not clear in what he wanted and every time I asked for a clarification question/ guidance he said "you already have the information"
After this interview it took them a couple of weeks to get back to me with the feedback

Smooth but very long time to receive the final decision. Took about 3
-4 weeks to do all the interviews, 2 rounds of 2 inteviews but waited over a month for a final answer
2 -45 minute interviews half case and half behavioral, first round is an assessment that looks at your interpersonal skills and strengths and then you move directly into the superday

De sollicitatieprocedure was erg professioneel en persoonlijk. Alles wordt haarfijn uitgelegd, waarbij je zelfs de mogelijkheid krijgt om een case met een consultant te oefenen voordat je op gesprek komt.
