I was hired through MBA On Campus Recruiting, two rounds of two interviews, case questions that were similar to those offered by most of the top firms. The people were friendly, genuine and interesting to work with. The process was collaborative and fun. They were quick to respond with feedback and information.

Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

Entretien
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
