Three stage interview process. First was an introduction call over the phone. Discussing the role and what the company does, they went to a great length to ensure that I understood the role and the company strategy before moving onto the next stage. Second stage was a video call that delved more into my own skills and experience.

Very straightforward, no messing around and was speaking to the decision makers. Very quick process which is rare in the current job market. Insightful, very willing to answer questions on business outlook and was happy to introduce me to some of the current team.
