Three phone interviews. First one was the typical screening process. Second one included two interviewers that asked mostly behavioral questions. Nothing technical, but they were interested in what my capabilities were (excel, word, etc.). Third one was very laid back and more of a conversation about the profession, firm, and what I would do as an intern.
