Entretien
Pretty straightforward. I sent a resume and cover letter to the hiring manger who then set-up a phone screen. The phone screen was short, about 10 minutes, and it gave me a chance to learn a little bit more about the company and the position I was applying for. I was then called in for an in person interview that took about 45 minutes. In addition the in person interview I had to complete a few skills assessment: grammar, writing style, and attention to detail.

Interview process is just an exercise; they do not know what they are looking for, it is up to whims of one of the owners as to whether she likes you or not. Are you wearing the right clothes, the right weight, are you not too smart, and the right opinions of her.
