Three steps: interview with manager, door-to-door sales for a day with an associate, and another interview with the manager.
Overall, if you don't want to do door-to-door sales, then don't apply here. I quit the interview process after the second "interview" because I was led to believe that the job was not door-to-door sales. I just don't think jobs like these will help give you enough tools to excel and advance in the future.

The interview process goes through three steps: interview with the manager, a door-to-door sales experience with an employee, and interview again with the manager.
Overall, this is a door-to-door sales company. I did not know until the second "interview", which was something I was not looking for in a job.
I highly suggest to avoid this business, as door-to-door sales do not give you the tools needed to really advance in a company well enough.
