First round is screening with hiring manager doing background and experience review Second round should have consisted of two 1 hour interviews with team members, mine were scheduled back to back. First interviewer asked a bit about my projects, some behavioral and asked to pseudocode a function which checks if linked list is a loop. Second interviewer never showed up. Couple days later I was rescheduled for another date to complete my second interview, however at the time of interview, hiring manager connected instead of interviewer and told me that they are not moving forward due to feedback of my previous interviewer stating "lack of communication". That seemed very ironic since I have wasted two hours of my schedule, first for a no show, second time for a feedback that could be done in an email, instead of making me believe it is going to be a real 1 hour interview. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of other people time, lack of organization and communication indeed.

Interview process was fairly standard. First, a sanity check with the recruiter/HR person, then a video interview with the supervisor and technical team members, finally an in-person tour of the facility and more interview questions
