Interviewed with HR specialist. They were impressed by the depth of understanding I had of their business and moved me quickly to speak to the person I would be reporting to. I scheduled the next interview a week later. Had the interview, seemingly went well and they explained the next “steps” in the process. I followed up but was consistently not getting any update information. After 3 follow ups, ( over a month) I received a “automated no reply” thanks but no thanks email. Albeit I was not chosen for the position, I had noticed several weeks prior that the position had been taken off their webpage and a new “lesser” position had been posted.
Needless to say transparency and communication is everything
