Phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview was two people: HR person and another person from the department. The questions were clear. They told me that candidates who will pass the interview stage will have to do a personality/skills test. They later called me to inform me about their decision. Very respectful and professional way for handling the recruitment process and communicating with candidates.
