Stoneridge’s interview and hiring process was unique in a good way. I had several conversations with different people in the organization and that made things much easier when trying to get a feel for the company, as opposed to speaking with only one or two people. To me this was really important because you could really get a feel for the organization’s values just from those conversations and you get a sense what type of environment you are going to be a part of.
