It’s simple. After you complete the phone interview, they will ask you to meet them at the park for an in-person interview. It was great! The people there were nice and respectful.

The interview was a group based interview. They wanted to see how well along you can get along with strangers. The questions were behavior based and got randomly drawn from a jar.
