Multiple rounds of 1:1 Interviews with administration team, including Clinical Director. Interviews take place via Zoom or alternative telehealth platform. Also meet with direct supervisor if required by licensure. Interview process also allows for follow-up meetings to be scheduled if additional questions arise.
