Went through 3-4 stages of interviews before the final one in person. HR and the person who interviewed me in the final didn't feel like they were in contact at all. HR I was a fresh grad and ticked most of the boxes required to work there. Especially for a labor intensive job I don't understand why the choice was to ultimately hire somebody older.
