I applied in August of 2018 for the position. I received an email the following month saying they were planning an offer for me and that I be would contacted soon. In January of 2019, I FINALLY received the opportunity to schedule an in-person interview.
(I know this info is old - but I still feel it is important to share!)
On the day of my in person interview, I arrived at the location about 15 minutes early. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I certainly wasn't prepared for there to be around 10-15 others during the same time slot as me. Since the majority of us all arrived at the same time and I was the first at the door, I kindly held the door open for everyone to enter the office. DON'T DO THIS. I REPEAT - DON'T DO THIS. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. The people in front of you will take forever to check in on the ipad and will cause you to be "late." By the time I finally made it to the front to sign in, the recruiter arrived and took the group to the back leaving me all alone in the front waiting. After a few minutes, she eventually returned for me. When I arrived to the area where my group was, I was confused as to why everyone was frantically typing away. Needless to say, because I was "late" I missed the instructions on how to connect to the wifi and the task of writing a letter to my pretend client. None of the others in my group cared to help me/catch me up on the activity since they were busy themselves. Totally understandable, but I'm still not sure why the recruiter didn't tell me the assignment when she brought me to the back.... Anyways, during my interview, they asked for my letter to "Savannah" and I had no idea what they were talking about.... Everything went downhill from there and it ended shortly after.
All of this to say, arrive around 30 minutes early and don't be too nice (like holding the door for 10 people) because ultimately you need a job too!
