I had an awkward interview with the two reps in my area. They asked very specific scenario questions that really threw me off. I would suggest preparing for the interview by looking at possible interview questions.

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job

Sent resume and heard nothing back. Re-applied 6 months later. Got an interview. In person-- had to bring a board for a specific client. Write a note in waiting room. Meet with 3 interviewees. pretty standard questions easy interview
