Someone from the design team reached out and set a phone interview for 30 min which is the first round of interview. The second round is meeting the team at the office. The designer explained the whole design process very thoroughly and asked professional questions with a lot of twist.

Overall everyone was very friendly and made me feel very relaxed during the interview. There was a skills assessment I had to complete for my role. Skills assessment consisted of 3 parts - create a technical flat with callouts, evaluate fit and provide comments and pattern corrections, review graded spec and advise any inconsistencies and how you would fix. Still waiting to hear back but seeing as I just had the interview I don't expect to hear for another week or so. Either way I could tell that they will contact me regardless of if they plan on offering me the position or not.
