They emailed me and said they had reviewed my CV. They asked me to book in an interview with the Customer Support Manager so we could have a 15/20 minute chat about my experiences and motivation and a overview of the team and role expectations.

Entretien
I was emailed in the evening and offered an initial 30 minute. Only day that they offered was the immediate following morning.
Spoke with someone who was completely unenthusiastic and clearly did not want to speak to me. The interview was meant to be 30 minutes and it lasted 6 minutes in total. She kept cutting off my sentences and not allowing me to finish my answers to the questions.
Was asked if I needed any reasonable adjustments - I said I am neurodivergent and would need to WFH at least one day a week, which aligns with the job description anyway. She seemed quite uncomfortable about this and said they appreciate people who are more willing to come into the office. Despite it being advertised as a hybrid role, I was made to feel lazy.
She then proceeded to explain I would be expected to work often outside of working hours - extended days without extra pay. By this point I had been completely put off by the company. Clearly has a terrible culture.
