It was a group interview and only questions asked was Tell me About Yourself and then what do you want out of a role. The rest of the interview was spent by the hiring manager explaining the company culture and the "growth" and fast-paced "training" that they offer

Someone reached out to me via text on a Sunday and offered a zoom interview Monday. In that, they laid out the timeline and salary, then they called me back that day offering an in person interview the next day. I went in at 8:15 which was our scheduled time. There were 10 other people there. It felt like a doctor's waiting room. It seemed like no one working there knew how to handle the situation. They were about 15 minutes late for starting the interviews. They paired us into two per interview. They were charismatic but the more the interviewer talked the more I learned this was just a sales job that only pays commission. They were not clear about that before. It seems very pyramid-scheme-like. They tell you that you'll become a manager in 6-9 months and recruit other people to join your team. The job is 54 hours a week, Monday - Saturday. They called me later that day and offered me the job, asking to start as early as the next day, or at the latest, the following Monday. The fact that they were vague with guidelines and responsibilities and that it all happened so fast felt really weird to me. And when I asked for clarification on what happens after the 6-9 months, they said you have the chance to be hired as a manager at a phone service company. Maybe if you're interested in sales and don't care about work life balance this is for you.
