The two owners of Stifel Marcin seemed to have lied to me regarding the negative reviews on their Glassdoor page. There were many negative reviews citing the husband-wife owner relationship. When asked about them I was told it was one disgruntled employee, despite the reviews going back as far as 2017. The page has since been deleted it seems and this is a fresh Glassdoor account page which the employer has claimed. Be wary of any husband-wife owned company as you cannot bring up any issues with either owner with the owner taking a real look at the complaint as they will always choose their spouse over the employee. Also I was originally invited to interview for a Senior Art Director position, during the interview it was made clear it was for a Junior Art Director position which was not listed at the time, and despite the owners saying they just haven't gotten around to listing it, has since not been listed. Seems like they tried to hire me for less pay than advertised in the job posting on Indeed.com.
