I had one Screening Interview with a VP and then went straight to a final round interview with a MD, no superday very laid back vibe, no technical or behavioral questions, just very conversational.

The process began with submitting my application and networking with members of the team. I first had an initial phone interview with a banker that focused on my background, interest in public finance, and basic finance concepts. After that, I had additional interviews with members of the team where they asked behavioral questions, discussed my coursework and internship experience, and tested my understanding of financial markets and municipal finance. Overall the process was professional and conversational, with a mix of technical and behavioral questions.
