The interview process took 2 weeks. The phone interview is about wanting to get to know more about your last experience, and why do you want to work for the company. The second interview is with 2 managers taking turns asking you questions but not a lot. They will also tell you more about the company and the job that you applied for.

Had a phone interview and afterwards was sent the link to a skills test about problem solving, typing speed, and data entry. A couple days later I was then invited to come into the office for an interview. Was told when I would hear from them by and didn't end up hearing back, had to follow up with them instead but was offered the job the next day.

Interview took place at headquarters; HR representative met and escorted me to conference room where I met you two managers of the department and we went over my resume and the positions duties.
