J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stifel Financial en nov. 2020
Entretien
Initial 15 min phone call with senior analyst, asked basic common questions and a few easy accounting questions. Second phone interview with a mid level associate on the same team for about an hour asking background, accounting, and market questions. Third interview was on webcam, about 45 min asked heavy accounting, valuation, math, and brain teaser questions. The senior analyst was pushy, monotone, and unprofessional. Never would want to work for this team. They said things like “you’ll be working a lot of hours and a lot of it is just busy work”. “You’ll have to move to this city and we don’t help pay for relocation or give you any assistance, is that going to work for you?” Gee, what a great sell! The interviewer didn’t really show his true colors until the last interview. Wish I wouldn’t have ever wasted my time.

Interview with Analyst: sell them on your background and how you can seamlessly integrate into the early mornings if you come from outside of equity research. This seemed to be a key consideration for them.
