I declined to proceed further but did reach out with renewed interest about two months later. The firm took two months to schedule me for a phone interview, which was hastily scheduled to occur within one business day from the date that they contacted me. I had a phone interview with four individuals and was never followed up with, only to find out through word of mouth two months later that they did proceed to hire someone else.
