It was very simple as my manager (who hired me) did a very short, informal interview process as I was recommended by a previous colleague. She asked me very simple questions about my experience and seemed pleased with the answers. We didn't have to negotiate salary. I spoke on the phone with HR after the offer letter arrived about salary, however, they were not willing to negotiate.
