I had my first interview in person with the area manager of that particular Steve Madden. It took approximately 20-30 minutes. However, I was told that they're hiring for the Sales Supervisor position and not the ASM position (which was a step under) but that was fine with me. Then I had another interview with the store manager about 3-4 days later and was formally offered the position within two hours of the second interview.
