Entretien
It was a 3 tier process. First a prescreening was done by a recruiter. After the recruiter presented Sterling with my interest I was contacted to set up the next phase. Thus was a video conference withe the regional director. Once that was completed I was recommended for employment and sent to a face to face interview at a local coffee shop with the campus administration and site coordinator.
