The Interview was in three stages. 1. A short meeting, conducted online to check if you are good enough for the main process to start 2. Competency based interview, involving role-linked scenarios 3. Final stage involves meeting the head of the Department

Multi-level interviews, at least two to three interviews, one with HR, another with the team you are joining, then another with the Group Head. Depending on the role you are going for, interviews may be virtual or physical.
