Seamless process. 1st step Recruiter call with a high overview of the role. 2nd step a virtual with RSD very easy going conversation of role and my credentials. 3rd, a conversation via teams with a peer in the role I applied for. @ week process then offer letter .

I had 4 interviews for the position. The 1st interview was more formal, after that it became more informal and more a dialogue. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I want left wondering if they would call me back as I had the next interview scheduled before I left.
