Interview for an IP Paralegal role.
Very relaxed and informal overall. Interviewed by the Partner of IP/ IT and an Associate.
Questions mostly focused around my CV e.g. why did you choose to study X?, talk us through Y, etc.
No competency or skills type of questions were asked, only a random "so why do you want to work for Stephens Scown?" was thrown in there for good measure.
Lasted approx. 20 mins.

It was a really chilled out interview process, nothing major to worry about or prepare for, they really look for your motivation to stay down in Cornwall more than anything and how well you would fit in with the team.
