The interview was broken into a few phases. First phase was to have a casual chat with senior team members which was a good way to learn about the job and people more. Second interview was with the VP to learn more about the company and personal fit. Final interview was an onsite day talking with a number of people at the company. Even though it was a bit of a gauntlet, it was a positive experience and I was happy to just get it all done in a day.
