Worst job interview process I’ve ever been apart of, 3 hour interview, video submissions, external recruiters and all they do is waste your time. Confirmed 5-7 day lead time for an interview and get an automatic rejection 3 weeks later after numerous follow ups. Doubt the working experience is any better, they’re too big and disorganised to care about anyone

Entretien
After submitting your CV, if successful you’ll move onto the next stage which is to record a short video talking about your own career highlights and skills, and then a little on what qualities you feel you can bring to the role.
After this is the assessment centre, which is done over Teams. First you’ll deliver a sales presentation based on information supplied to you a week or so beforehand, after this you’ll be given another brief and have around 15 minutes to present again based off some data about a fictional dealership. Following this then an informal interview with some directors where you can ask any questions you have about the role.
