Recruiter reached out to me for Pune Location. 2 Technical Rounds:: First Round was easy and simple JS problems and questions on React. Second Round (3 weeks after first round) : Inexperienced and uneducated interviewers, panel of 2 joined, one of the interviewer dropped shortly after joining the call and the other interviewer took interview for 30 minutes, her React concepts were below average coz she was suggesting incorrect approach to memoize in React while I was doing it right, Then She dropped off suddenly leaving me alone on the call. Very unprofessional behaviour.
