Applied through Chiumento recruitment consultant who were excellent in terms of communication. Initial phone chat with recruiter, then CV sent to Peugeot. Initial stages very quick with Chiumento and then a two week wait before a response from Peugeot and an invite to assessment centre. Online verbal and numerical reasoning test from SHL sent through with a request from Peugeot that they be completed within 48 hours to arrive by lunchtime on a Saturday rather than the longer period mentioned by SHL in the original email. Again no further communication from Peugeot regarding the assessment centre details until a couple of days before. Assessment centre included an executive scenario, competency based interview and 2 shorter verification tests of the numerical and verbal reasoning. Overall feeling was of going through a process as a potential resource rather than any real connection with the company or people. Each step of the process increasingly made me feel it wasn't the company for me.
