They were Two interviews and they take place through teams, one with an online test. First interview was with hr, after the online test one interview was made with team leader.

Entretien
Interview was a phone call via bad connection they refused to fix or acknowledge. Was told the pay range was $14-$16/hr, and the schedule was all hours between 7am-9pm. All questions lacked a context or overview that, given the pay range, was understandable. Real "Champaign Tastes On A Beer Budget" time. Literally could have made more money working for the local gas station.

Have you used Active Directory and are you an expert at it.
Postpone the last interview on the same day it was programmed, promised she/he will come back after 2 weeks, then did not answer calls. Not very professional!
Learn to offer feedback and do follow-up (this is part of your job) - this problem is ubiquitous in the Romanian HR system and ironical, they are the ones that complain about the chaos of the labor market.
