Extremely underpaid. The interviewer was also 20 mins late, unprepared and didn’t seem to care. It’s not a company I would want to work for if they can’t even get the interview right.

Initial interview just took 15 to 20 mins. All about resume, your availability, salary expectation and basic questions. Must be fluent in english. It's online and fast, straight forward. No need to worry much but you have to still practice your communication.
