I was called to arrange an interview with the owner through Facetime. During the interview, I was asked a number of standard questions, along with some inappropriate ones- like would I have time for the job since I have a family. That was my first red flag. Things went down from there. I was asked to memorize a script that was filled with nothing but lies and tricks to get a customer to purchase their products. No, Thank you!
Really simple, over the phone interview and then directed to a video interview with manager. On boarding was simple and effective. I was asked questions about the salary I wanted to make and experience in sales.
