Had a pleasant first interview with the HR recruiter that worked for Stealth Monitoring whom had stated the CTO was very excited to meet with me due to my strong background. The initial call went well and I was brought in for an interview with the CTO not too long after the call.
The interview with the CTO went extremely well and the individual was very personable and easy to speak to, which made it seem like a pretty good environment to be in. Almost immediately after the interview, the HR person reached out to me to state that the interview went very well and the CTO really enjoyed meeting with me. They asked for my salary expectations (again), to which I provided my expectation.
This was the last I heard from them regarding the role. I followed up via email which received no response. I also called the HR person some time after just to close the loop, and it was clear that I had caught them off guard as their response to me was that they were busy and would call me back; which they never did.
It's pretty clear that Stealth Monitoring's recruitment process is not setup for success as they lack the professionalism to have the difficult conversations with candidates when they are proceeding through the hiring process.
I would be weary if you are interviewing with them, as you very well may not receive any closure of the process.
