The recruitment process was fast. I had my first interview call within 1-2 days of my application. It mainly involved basic skillset relevance checks, orientation to the organization, and the job nature. The next interview was an in-depth technical interview that mainly involved a discussion of mainstream and emerging networking protocols. The 3rd interview was set to gauge software design/development skills. It was a peer-programming task where I worked together with the interviewer to write (and then modify) a program that solved a problem, we agreed upon. The last interview was with the CTO. It was an interactive discussion leading to different design issues. I think I was being tested for product design and problem solving skills. All Interviewers were very friendly and in fact, I could also think about many things from a different perspective. A great experience, I would say!
