Initial communication was a phone call requesting an interview. Three separate dates and times were offered to choose from. The panel included two staff and the hiring supervisor. Each interviewer ask a question in sequence, for a total of about three questions each and the process lasted approximately one hour.

Entretien
I've interviewed for three Environmental Scientist positions. The interview is composed of a panel of between 2-3 people, and they ask a standardized set of questions of all the applicants. In each casethat I have interviewed it was five questions, and they gave you the questions plus a piece of paper fifteen minutes prior to the interview so that you could sketch out a basic answer. They make a point of mentioning that they can only consider the answers to the questions
