I did two interviews for the position, but did not get the job. Nice people, interview was straight forward, nothing to hard mostly just questions about my personality and future goals. Basically they want to see if you fit in company. I don't know exactly what they are looking for since I didn't get a call, so I must be missing something.

The first round was a telephonic interview. I could not clear this round. The interview lasted for about 30 to 45 minutes. Prepare questions related to the profile you are interviewing for.
