I apply my resume on-line and got call in a 10 days. A pleasant women told me, that they are interesting in my previous experience. I'm a newcomer to Canada, and have no Canadian experience. So they asked me to start with more entry position.

For undergraduate co-op program, phone interview with general behavioral questions. Spoke with one of the managers after being referred by the co-op director at the company. Lasted about 20 min

Entretien
The interview process is behavioral so really, it doesn't capture if the person can actually do the job. It just captures if the person can tell you a good story. You aren't allowed to stray from the form and I'm almost positive the form is online. The questions are very typical. They are looking for a "STAR"
