J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez State Street en déc. 2010
Entretien
I was interviewed over the phone by a State Street employee thousands of miles away from the city I would be working in. This was a "behavioral interview" where almost every question asked you have to recall a situation you have experienced and give a "STAR Response" (Sitiation Task Action Result).

Applied on their website and got a phone call two days later. Had a brief 15 minute phone interview a couple hours later covering basic stuff. The on-site interview the week after was with three other applicants. We listened to a presentation about the job and was shown a video of the company. After that, we were interviewed individually by two hiring managers each in separate rooms. They had a form that they pulled questions from and wrote my replies on.
I received a phone call a week later asking me if I had any questions and that a response will be given in a week. I received a job offer the week after that phone call (as suggested).
