Initial momentum was encouraging. 1st and 2nd round interviews happened quickly and were quite engaging, then heard absolutely nothing for 6+ weeks and finally gave up hope. Not the greatest impression.

The interview are well organized Interviewers are well prepared and have a good interview conversation Quick turnaround for feedback and next round Recruiter are very responsive and helpful to candidates questions
