Le processus a pris 7 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez State Street (Boston, MA) en juin 2019
Entretien
Communication was great, until it wasn’t. I interviewed to lead a large technology project from a business perspective. I had about 10 interviews and was told ‘get your references. We have one other person we are considering but you’re the top candidate. I’ve never seen a CV match a job description so perfectly’.
Then, at the time the offer was to be made - silence. They had a hiring freeze and that was it. Felt I was treated very badly

Entretien
The interview process consisted of two panels. The first was the immediate team, and the second was a larger group including interdepartmental partners and higher-ups. The interviews themselves were not too technical. State Street did not have an HR recruiter call at anytime in the process.

J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez State Street

It was facilitated through the retained recruiter. It was more than ten years ago, so somewhat stale information. Phone interview with recruiter, then on-site (day-long) interviews with hiring manager and key stakeholders. Currently the process seems backlogged and slow, due to overloaded HR/Recruiting staff.
