J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez State Street en oct. 2014
Entretien
Met with 2 managers at first. They asked me about what I currently did. I explained to them my experience as a temp at the company would help me succeed in their open role. They passed me on to a second round of interviews where I met one on one with the two different managers I'd first report to. One manger just explained the position and the other asked me questions of how I handled a difficult situation at work.

The hiring process was long, as there were multiple interviews. There was also a group panel, which was nerve wrecking. However, the questions asked were thought provoking and prepared me for future interviews.

Applied online. Got a call from a recruiter about a month later giving me details on salary and brief job description. A week or two later, I get another phone call from someone in HR to set up an interview. Got an interview with management in the department my position was in. Basic behavioral, entry level questions. I was offered the position through HR a few days later was given 48 hour notice to either accept or decline. Salary was low and there was no room for negotiation.
