Online but not with an actual person. Just the screening of first time candidates where you film yourself and get two chances to answer. The preparation was 30 seconds for each answer but you had two takes which were 3 minutes long.

Interview through HireVue, questions would come up on screen and would have 30 seconds to prepare and then answer. Was not a fan of the process because I do not think that interview questions should be 'one size fits all' and should be personalized based on the candidate, experience and job position
