It was ok, like most interviews are. I met with the manager one time and got a job offer the very next day. The overall experience was nice, but I am not one to really enjoy interviews that much since I tend to get nervous.

I've interviewed with this company. Very straight forward process. Would recommend applying to this job. The steps depends on the recruiter the agency uses. Mainly over the phone interviews, video, and in person last.

Entretien
It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
