I was reached out by a recruiter for a SEM Analyst role they were hiring. The process was very quick when it came to the interview. 1. Initial Phone Call 2. Video Interview Questions 3. Interview with Hiring Manager 4. Assessment 5. Final Interview with the team. My only negative experience is didnt really get feedback on why they passed on me. I made it all the way to the end just to have the recruiter call me with they passed on you. Meeting the team went well from my point of view and it didnt seem like any red flags. But again didnt know if it was good or bad. Overall I won't be applying in the future since they lack clarity on the whole process.
