Recruiter called to verify whether I was a good fit for the job. She gave helpful advice to boost my resume and qualifications, then passed my information on to the local agent.

The interview wasn't an interview. The person wasn't really engaged, was worried about other interviews during mine. It was less than 5 minutes of very bad basic generic questions. In the middle of this I was informed this is more of screening phone call not an interview. My confusion is, what is the purpose of the resume submission? That's what prompted you reach out and schedule a call. This was my experience, hope it's not the same for everyone.
